Responding to Facebook Comments in LiveChat

We get a ton of engagement on Facebook and having FB comments missing from LiveChat is a misery.

The goal is to have 1 inbox but half of our interactions are missing.

Juggling between 2 tabs is making LiveChat’s Facebook integration rather useless for us.

Any plans on adding this much-needed feature?

I reached our product team and after a quick research, it seems like we can work on this feature.
Soon we will be planning further development and will also take this feature into consideration.

That would be fantastic because many of LiveChat’s competitors offer this feature and we were considering a switch.

Any timeline on this new feature?
