We’d like to give users of our community an opportunity to derive from years of our experience in running a support department.
In our company, it runs 24/7/365, helping our customers at all fronts, solving problems and answering questions about purchasing, implementing, using, and sometimes even leaving LiveChat.

Grzesiek is a head of that department. He is in charge of organizing the work of our support agents, but not only. If you’d like to ask him a question, for example, about implementing new channel of support (like Apple Business Chat :raised_hands:), go ahead!
