Is there any method to notify (maybe using email) the agent or their supervisor if they did not reply and leave the customer?
I found “Supervisor” in marketplace but it allows the supervisor to check the chat only. It would not alert anyone.

Sorry for the late answer.
Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated feature to inform supervisors in such cases.
What comes to my mind that may be of use in such case is a Ping feature – you can get notifications about an archived chat or the post-chat feedback.
