New Feature? AI Text Enhancements in HelpDesk

I noticed we have a cool new feature in HelpDesk (in beta mode), to provide wording with different tones in the tickets we send. Very helpful to have different options (polite, casual, formal) to help agents with the tone of their message.

With AI getting more popular and mainstream, it’s great to see it incorporated into this technology!
