Merging tickets in HelpDesk is now available!

Good news for all the HelpDesk users!

The merging tickets feature is now available!
Now you can merge multiple tickets from the same requester and keep your dashboard organized.

After merging, you cannot find sub-tickets in the custom and default views.
They can be found by using search and through the main ticket.
