Merge Tickets


Will be good if there was a feature to merge tickets.

Could you please explain what you mean by merging tickets? Maybe on examples :slight_smile:

Sometimes users creating duplicate tickets and agent’s should merge 2 or 3 ticket and make 1 ticket.

I talked about this subject with our HelpDesk team and they have this feature on their product roadmap, but without estimated time of delivery yet.
So it’s certain that this feature will appear! We’ll let you know in this topic.
