My two highly recommended suggestions to start with:
- Use our newest feature - Rich greetings. We’ve published a great article “Tips and best practices for rich greetings”. You will find a lot of ideas on how to generate leads, automate targeted marketing, guide customers around your website, schedule appointments, and more.
- Add “Chat with us” link on your “Contact” page. Citing the “The User Experience of Customer-Service Chat: 20 Guidelines” article, “Don’t Rely on Floating Buttons as the Only Way to Access Chat”.
