I’ve created a ChatBot story and connected it with LiveChat in case users need live assistance. The implementation seems pretty straightforward, but my curiosity is towards setting attributes and managing other cases through code.
So for example, in our app we already have the email, name of the user etc. Does LiveChat allow for the possibility to set a custom attribute through code, instead of asking in chat the email? I know that I can “Set attribute” through ChatBot, but I don’t want to ask an already logged-in user for that.
If y’all can point me where I can find these resources it’d be great.
