Can anyone tell me how to reach support if the chat widget is not working?

- using incognito mode
- using different browser
- turning off ad block plugins in your browser
Then you should be able to start a chat on our website.
It’s also possible that we’re blocked by your proxy/firewall. In this case you could start a chat using different WiFi (outside your company) or via email (email@example.com).
