LiveChat placed in an external page

Hello community,

I represent a company that sells their products on different retailers web pages. They allowed us to place the chat in their web so it appears when people are looking to our products in their web pages. The problem is, that until now, I haven´t been able to track sales, use goals or been able to verify the effectiveness of the chat and the impact on sales. So if anybody uses LiveChat in a similar way (placing the chat in an external page) that could share with me some knowledge and advises I would be very thankful.
