Improved chat supervision – communicate with your team within LiveChat app!

We’re happy to announce another LiveChat feature!

A new version of chat supervision has just been released.
From now, you can use private mode to have a two-way conversation with a teammate within the chat.
You can also take over an entire conversation from a bot or another customer service rep (if you’re an admin) if it’s necessary.

I love this new feature! 2 way messaging in private is soooo beneficial!

I was away from the office and could still easily communicate back and forth with my agent who had a tough visitor. Being able to keep all that communication in one place is great instead of having to message via a different app. Great addition to the LiveChat features!!
