Enabling the CSAT after the end of chat conversation using Live Chat and integrating them with Service Now
Currently, we do not have a full-blown CSAT score available but we do have a thumbs up/down score that you could use and then facilitate our webhooks (
incoming_event to be more exact: https://developers.livechat.com/docs/management/configuration-api/#incoming_event) to send over the results of the survey to the 3rd party system.
Alternatively you could add a Choice list field to the post-chat survey and prepare a question that can look like this one in case that you would like to use something more robust then just a thumbs up/down system: https://take.ms/1jBw1
Those would be also carried by a webhook
