I may be asking a simple question but i have a very strong drip email campaign that I would like to incorporate a link to “Talk to someone live now.” I would like this to link directly to my websites chat. How do I do this?
To get your chat link and use it in your email, log in to your LiveChat as an Admin or Owner and go to Settings → Channels → Chat Link. The link is available in all plans.
Route visitors to specific departments
If you want, you can send a chat link to specific groups so that visitors can be assigned to the particular department from the very start.
To generate the chat link for a specific group, go to Settings → Channels → Chat Link and Select the desired group from the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner of your screen.

You can also Add the chat link to your Gmail signature. To do it, go to Gmail settings and scroll down to the Signature section. Next, click the chain-link icon in the toolbar above the signature input box:
Enter a name for your link in the Text to Display field (for example: ‘hit me up on LiveChat’) and paste your direct chat link into the Web address field.
Click the OK button to save your changes and close the Link dialog box.
Then scroll to the bottom and click Save changes. From now on, the link to your chat will be added to all emails you sent.
