In LiveChat, we love Slack – our corporate life flows through it. We manage our projects there, discuss literally everything, announce fresh things, even order food & snacks.
It plays special role in our Support Department. If any of our Support Heroes wants to consult something with Technical Support, he (or she) does it right there, in a dedicated channel.
We want to test out a new feature, especially for this kind of usage – communication between different levels of support.
We are looking for beta testers of integration that will allow agents to ask for help someone on Slack without leaving LiveChat app, or send answer to the chat directly from Slack.
