Weโ€™ve got exciting news! From now on you can stack up against your competitors. Thanks to the update, you will know if your chat satisfaction rate or first response time is up to your industry standards. Or if you need to work on some areas of live chat support.

You can do it by viewing the benchmark data in the following reports: total chats, chat satisfaction, chat duration, response times.

This feature is available in the Business plan but until 1st Nov. it will be open for the Team plan as well.

It would be great to be able to change industry and country inside LCโ€™s benchmark statistic to be able to compare myself agains different industries and countries :slightly_smiling_face:
