Custom Report

I’m using LiveChat with Chatbot. LiveChats a chatbot tag to messages that use ChatBot. It also adds a chatbot-transfer tag if the message is transferred to a LiveChat agent.

Is there a way to create a report that shows the percentage of chats that have been transferred?

You can do it using the “TAG” filter in REPORTS section in your LiveChat dashboard.
