Check your Net Promoter Score with Surveys

Surveys have just received the update, that lets you use score fields. It’s a good opportunity to collect more knowledge about your customers, by creating some NPS survey!

Just enter the sandbox section and create the score field

Then activate the survey

Choose the right one in the message box while chatting

Wait until the customer fills the survey

Check out the feedback section and export results to CSV
