We are a data analytics cloud platform 3 rd party service provider

Build a service to integrate with chat conversation via API.

That mean once we connect via API , can we analyse the data & publish report on our website for the particular customer who want live chat analytics ?

Will live chat API allow me to do on my website ?

You need to establish in what scope this app will have access to customers data ( you do that via dev console )
