Canned response audit

Hello! I am attempting to do an audit on all of our canned responses, for which we have alot. My issue is that I do not see a way to export them or interact with them through the API. The next step would be to try and see when the last time a response was used and if possible, how often. I understand that an Agent can modify the response, however I would find it very useful to know when an Agent is even using it as a base template. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, canned responses endpoints are not available in the newest version of Configuration API; however, it’s available in legacy (yet still working) 2.0 version: https://developers.livechat.com/docs/management/configuration-api/v2.0/#canned-responses

You can use it to solve your problem, but in the future, it will be necessary to migrate the integration to the new API.
