Can you change ticket email subject lines?

Is there any way to change the subject line of an email generated by a ticket? A few of our customers have said they deleted the emails without reading because the subject line looked spam-y. I know that the subject has the code to identify the ticket, but at the very least can it be rearranged?

Unfortunately, there’s no option to change it, as it’s generated automatically by the algorithm.

I am also interested in a feature enabling me to change the name. We have the same experience, it looks like spam.
