I’ve had some issues where I try contacting a guest that has zero sent greetings, zero number of chats, and zero ignored greetings since I think they have not been interacted with (based on that)
However, sometimes users get annoyed and say they have been contacted multiple times in a few minutes by a few of our agents, even though their numbers show as zero.
Is there a way to fix this issue, or have it that we aren’t bugging the same person over and over, even though they show as zero interactions?
