Hi, in the ChatBot.com story you need to set up the transfer interaction in the place of the flow which should trigger the transfer.
Here is how to set up the transfer interaction
Some customers add the transfer option to the Fallback interaction (ELSE) at the bottom of the story. This way, when the bot is not able to answer, it will automatically transfer the chat to a real agent. But you can also use a button to trigger the transfer, it’s up to you when the bot should do the transfer
