I just downloaded the new desktop version for Mac. I am finding that the program is ignoring the preset corrections that I have set in my Mac settings to autocorrect common mistakes such as “teh” to “the.” The old software would allow for this. I would love to enable a stronger autocorrect in Livechat and to get my Mac settings to work.

The correction is set up from the settings of your Mac and you can check that here:

LiveChat application is using these settings so please check if they are set as you require and once you adjust it restart our app to test that.

able to configure with the text substitutions I have set up in my mac and a screenshot showing that my Livechat app doesn’t show that capability. Thoughts?
