Wanted to know if anyone is using apple business chat integration. We Have it setup and 80% of our business is from Apple users. We wanted to see if and or ask if there was a JS script example, to display apple chat bubble if iOS if not display LiveChat bubble.
There is not much documentation on this and wanted to ask.

This way you can check whether device is iOSâlike and display ABC button or Chat Widget.

We use Apple Business Chat. From what weâve seen there is very limited options with it as Apple is super strict with itâs privacy and what information they actually provide to us. When we get a chat via Apple Business, it does come up the following 2 ways typically (see attachment), with the little green text message icon.
Not sure if thatâs what you mean by the apple chat bubble or not?

It would be nice to have a few examples so small business owners can do a simple hide/show. What would be ideal is that this is built into LiveChat settings. You know since Apple Now Has 1.4 Billion Active Devices Worldwide, Just sayingâŠ
