Analytics custom event for canned response

Hi Guys,

im looking for someone who can configure our live chat in a way that whenever a chat conversation is happening and the agent sends a specific canned response message with that specific message i want to trigger a conversation event in google analytics, please propose a solution along with cost and timeline.
