Always visible Timestamps in backend chats (timekeeping)

Hello,
i’ve just came onboard an noticed that the chat in the backend shows timespamps only, if you hover with the mouse over them.

I’m missing an option to always show the timestamps, like in the customers chat app.

Additionally you cannot track how long you have been spending time with the customer. I would like to know how long an active chat is ongoing, so i can escalate (or abort) it.

Or ss there any way to get it done atm? (And no, reports do not help in the daily work)

Unfortunately, these things are not changeable at the moment.
But I can make a feature requests out of these, so Product Team will have a look at them :raised_hands:

Thanks for clarification Lukasz.
I would clearly like to see this as a feature request.

If i may add:
Add a time tracker like you have in Queue for active chats, so the supporter can see how long the chat has been active. This i to filter out talkative people who do not bring revenue.
