i’ve just came onboard an noticed that the chat in the backend shows timespamps only, if you hover with the mouse over them.
I’m missing an option to always show the timestamps, like in the customers chat app.
Additionally you cannot track how long you have been spending time with the customer. I would like to know how long an active chat is ongoing, so i can escalate (or abort) it.
Or ss there any way to get it done atm? (And no, reports do not help in the daily work)
