From now on, you can create custom fields to show you additional info about tickets, recipients and organizations, to better know the context of the conversation.
You can choose from four custom field types:
What’s better, you can define the purpose of the field by yourself. The needed info will be displayed in the proper mannee, whether it’s order number, order details, contact ID, requester’s website, delivery date, credit card number, or anything else you will find helpful.
