Remote in Poland Full-time
What are we up to as LiveChat?
We’re on a mission to make products that help people and businesses communicate and fully express themselves.
And we use various tools to do so. Which ones exactly, you ask?
Whatever works best for our clients ;) We have LiveChat for real-time conversations, ChatBots to maximize the potential of bots, KnowledgeBase for self-service content, and HelpDesk to deal with async communication effortlessly.
And all of that with over 85M interactions monthly for over 37,000+ companies worldwide.
We are a product-led company and we lead it by being customer-driven and customer-focused (heck, we even step in our customer’s shoes in quarterly chatting shifts).
We have a common vision, but each team decides its strategy and path.
And we definitely talk numbers. We measure our work on a daily basis, and each of us has a common knowledge of what’s going on inside our products.
WAY OF WORKING
We work in eight-week cycles called project increments, which are divided into two-weeks sprints. But don’t worry - we don’t put rigid rules over efficiency ;) #flexibility
We speak English, not necessarily on a daily basis, but you can expect to hear and use it in company-wide meetings and in most of our written communication.
We are also remote-friendly and we don’t get attached to fixed hours. Instead, we want you to focus on the outcomes. For our daily work, we have Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Some of us prefer working from our pet and party-friendly office, which is located in Wrocław. It’s also our go-to place when we meet for our company integrations ;)
