We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin who are willing to grow their skillset and help the team in efficiently using the CRM. If you are tech-savvy and want to join our growing sales team as we move deeper into mid- and enterprise markets, keep on reading! This is an entry-level position, so you can apply even if you do not have a lot of Salesforce experience.

Our Sales Operations team is committed to ensuring LiveChat, Inc.’s sales and customer success teams are running optimally. Sales Ops plays a critical role in helping our go-to-market teams land new customers and support existing customers through the entire client journey. Sitting at the center of customer data and information, it is our mission to transform these insights into measurable decisions in partnership with internal teams.

As our Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for making the CRM easier to use for the sales org and keeping data relevant. Thanks to you, our business processes will be reflected in the tech setup. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and growing their skillset to become experts within the area. If you encounter a problem, you will collect needs, identify risks and provide the best path forward.

Location: Poland, Remote first

Who you are:

  • Experience managing and/or using Salesforce or similar CRM,

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics,

  • Highly organized and detail oriented,

  • Efficient in decision making in ambiguous situations,

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge,

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and seeing projects through to completion,

  • Ability to translate tech to human and vice versa,

  • Proactivity in suggesting improvements and priorities,

  • Experience working in a sales or customer relationship organization

Extra nice if you have experience with any of the following:

  • Establishing business impact of the projects and initiatives ,

  • Working in the backend of the Salesforce platform, managing objects, formulas, fields, flows, custom views and apps - the more, the better!

  • administration certifications of any kind,

  • Tableau experience

In this role, you will:

  • Partner up with the Sales Ops & Team Leaders to help our sales org achieve predictable growth goals,

  • Take ownership of Salesforce configurations, support, and maintenance,

  • Identify, develop, and deploy new business processes,

  • Manage small and large operations projects,

  • Take care of data clarity,

  • Look for shortcomings in our setup and suggest improvements,

  • Document processes concerning Salesforce,

  • Grow your Salesforce Admin skillset as part of your day-to-day

Example projects may include:

  • Managing standard and custom objects, fields, formulas and layouts,

  • Managing users, accesses, hierarchies and security settings,

  • Customizing and introducing new data points to feed reporting for various teams,

  • Introducing flow automations within the system to support business processes,

  • Bulk-importing and exporting data,

  • Cleansing data through deduplication, merges and transformations,

  • Managing third party apps integrated with Salesforce,

  • Helping in gathering information, documentation and execution of ops initiatives,

  • Troubleshooting and implementing solutions to process issues.
