We are looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded Quality Assurance Specialist who will be a full-time member of our cross-functional product team. If you're experienced in manual tests and want to develop your skills in test automation, feel free to apply!

LiveChat is a fully remote product company. Our suite of products (four by now!) improves customer care and the online sales of over 36,000+ companies from 150 countries worldwide. 

We are a team with a lot of freedom. We build our own roadmap and set objectives. We value creativity, proactivity, willingness to experiment, and teamwork. There will be a lot going on for sure! We are an organized team of PM, UX/UI, FE Developers, and Quality Assurance Specialists, working in 2-week sprints.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least three years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist;

  • Good knowledge about testing methodologies;

  • Strong QA skills including the ability to document and troubleshoot errors. 

  • Good knowledge of web fundamentals: HTTP, HTML, CSS, and WebSockets;

  • Good knowledge of tools for web developers (e.g.Chrome DevTools);

  • Good communication skills in both Polish and English language.

  • Self-reliance and responsibility for assigned tasks;

  • Effective time management;

  • Precision, curiosity, perceptiveness, and patience;

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge in API testing;

  • Certifications such as ISTQB;

  • Understanding of continuous integrations systems;

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git;

  • Basic knowledge of programming (JavaScript, TypeScript, Cypress).

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
