Join our ambitious and creative marketing team as Partner Program Marketing Manager to develop and execute an effective promoting strategy for our Partner Program that fuels our products as one of the most effective acquisition sources.
You’ll work hand in hand with Pawel, Head of Partner Program, and have a huge opportunity to coordinate marketing campaigns driven by your ideas with support from Rafal, Head of Product Marketing, other Marketing Managers, and the entire Creative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the whole funnel.
Building distribution channels and optimizing current ones to acquire new partners (acquisition) and communicate with current ones (retention);
Coordinating marketing campaigns to educate current and new potential partners on how to effectively sell our products (activation and retention);
Researching and understanding inactive and churning partners for better activation and to plan reactivation campaigns;
Cooperating with creative teams of content writers, graphics designers, web developers, video editors, PPC, and SEO specialists, etc.;
Working with a content marketer on messaging and improving online visibility;
Analyzing your efforts and creating optimization plans.

Our work happens in eight-week cycles (+ an additional “innovation sprint” dedicated to self-learning, experimenting, and more). Every two months, we prioritize our tasks and pick objectives for the next iteration.
We use Jira to track our tasks, Slack to communicate, Confluence for collaboration, and Figma for design before it is handed off to devs. Besides that, we use tools like Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Piwik Pro, and more, to make our marketing efforts happen.

Our ideal candidate will have:
A vast experience in online marketing strategies and coordinating marketing campaigns;
An understanding of the SaaS business model and the most important SaaS metrics;
A practical knowledge of tools for marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and project management;
Ability and experience in drafting product websites with a focus on conversion rates;
A “get things done” attitude;
A great command of the English language – both written and spoken;
