We’re looking for an experienced full-cycle Outbound Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work with the new business team lead to build our ICP and go-to-market strategy within both the mid- and enterprise markets. You will be focusing on researching prospective customers, creating outreach strategies, and identifying the highest ROI opportunities to go beyond your monthly and quarterly targets with the support of our Sales & Business Development Representative teams.

You will work directly with prospects to understand their goals, pains & challenges, demo LiveChat’s suite of products, and sell the LiveChat value proposition to help prospects meet their business goals.

As an Outbound Account Executive you will:  

  • Prospect, qualify and close outbound deals for LiveChat Inc.

  • Increase LiveChat’s customer base with focus and precision.

  • Help companies improve their sales, marketing, support and overall engagement with their customers.

Get in touch if you:

  • Have experience in an outbound business development/sales role.

  • Have perfect command of the English language (both verbal and written).

  • Can demonstrate a proven track record of closing full-cycle deals and exceeding goals. 

  • Have been trained in and practice a problem-led sales approach such as MEDDIC, SPIN or Sandler.

  • Focus on data, you analyze past performance using data and use this information to guide areas of improvement.

  • Are curious by nature. You want to find out as much as you can about your prospects and their buying process.

  • Have impeccable customer skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and integrity.

  • Put prospects and customers first - you’re 100% customer-focused and highly responsive.

  • You have strong communication skills; You are able to articulate both a compelling vision and business value to prospects, not resorting to features.

  • Can lead by example and most importantly lead yourself - you have practiced being “your own CEO” to successfully exceed targets.

  • Have used a CRM system to facilitate pipeline, forecasting and grow your own wallet.

  • Are excited by the prospect of building a patch of business to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

What we appreciate:

  • Experience working in a sales role at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Past experience with selling sales enablement tools, marketing automation and/or CRM type tools.

  • Experience using (and yes… entering data into) Salesforce.com.
