We’re on a mission to remove barriers from communication, and we need your help as a Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer.
As a product, we’re still growing and we need more people on board. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded Senior NLP Engineer who will become a full-time member of a cross-functional team that stands behind the ChatBot platform.
We believe in product-led growth. That’s why you’ll work closely with your team to ensure that the roadmap supports your vision to design AI solutions that bring real value to our users.
Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, and refining our products;
Leverage the state-of-the-art machine learning and AI technology to build online communication tools;
Work closely with Product teams to deliver machine learning models into production;
Making the daily job of over 200k agents easier and automating their repetitive tasks.
We use Jira to track our tasks, Slack to communicate, Confluence for our long memory, and other tools like Amplitude, Tableau, Figma, or Miro.
You’ve a strong practical experience in NLP, NLU, NER and Machine Learning topics.
You’ve strong fundamentals of machine learning - deep understanding and commercial experience in deep learning (CNN,RNN, Transformer), classification, clustering, reinforcement learning;
You’ve a solid foundation in the fields of NLP methods like word embeddings & bag of words (BERT, Word2Vec, TF-IDF), named-entity recognition, text summarization, topic modeling, tagging the parts of speech, chatbots;
You’re experienced with developing multilingual NLU technology, text processing, statistical NLP;
You have experience with building NLP models using modern machine learning tech stack like Keras/Tensorflow/PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, Google AI Platform, AWS Sagemaker;
You’re eager to work on architecture with other senior engineers;
You’re eager to learn & share your knowledge among other developers in the company;
You’re someone who would stay with us for years and not just for one project;
You speak fluently in both languages, English & Polish.
