Join us and get a chance to work with data from over 38,000 businesses using the LiveChat app to communicate with customers.

You will be working in the Data team shaping our data-oriented future. Your primary focus will be inventing and building our AI-oriented data infrastructure. Our wonderful product & dev teams will support you in the process!

You'll also have an opportunity to shape data platform used by our analytics and product teams with great support from @Marek@Zuza, @Patryk and the rest of the Data Team.

Some of the projects you might work on include:

  • Deploying and scaling AI models on the Google Cloud Platform

  • Building powerful infrastructure that will ease and scale AI usability at LiveChat

  • Automating and optimizing model training and deployment process

  • Monitoring and maintaining the performance and accuracy of our models

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of our AI and NLP solutions

  • Work with the infrastructure team to configure an environment that best fits your current project needs.

Traits and skills we're looking for:

  • Strong experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other cloud-native technologies

  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine learning models

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with AI and NLP concepts and technologies

  • Work experience in the models' maintenance field

  • Experience with handling big text data sets

  • Prior End-to-end involvement in Data Science projects from an engineering perspective

  • Great sense of ownership and execution skills

  • Self-motivation and ability to organize your work;

  • The ability to work as a part of a team.

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
