We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the HelpDesk team. HelpDesk is the youngest product in the suite, including LiveChat, ChatBot, and KnowledgeBase. Still, it has great potential that we want to reveal. It was built to help companies provide excellent customer service. With that mission in mind, we need someone who can take care of the full product design. You have to think about both the user experience and the visual side. Experience in working with products and knowledge of the software development process is significant to us. HelpDesk needs a Designer who is persistent, detail-oriented, and focused on innovation.

You’ll create beautiful designs in a startup environment surrounded by experienced people always willing to share their knowledge. With more than 30,000 customers and over 170+ people on board at the moment, you know that it’s a stable and instantly growing company. It’s really up to you how your day-to-day work will look like. We put emphasis on independence and self-organization. You’ll work closely with our Product Manager Inga to ensure that you always move in the right direction. 

Being a new product on the market has many advantages, especially the desired agility and the possibility to experiment. You can contribute to the HelpDesk story and give it an exquisite shape.

You have to:

  • Have solid experience working as a UX/UI designer.
  • Design beautiful, intuitive, and user-oriented desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Prepare projects for A/B testing and user testing.
  • Check your product hypotheses on real users.
  • Be familiar with user research methods in practice.
  • Draw conclusions from the tests and make decisions based on them.
  • Think analytically and are not afraid of working with data.
  • Brainstorm and discuss every problem.
  • Prototype and check every idea.
  • Focus on accuracy and value curiosity.
  • Present your projects and ideas skillfully and confidently.
  • Believe in teamwork, as we do.
  • Have experience in working with products, preferably in the SaaS model.
  • Understand the software development process.
  • Have an online portfolio or PDF you can share with us. 
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
