We’re looking for an experienced Growth Account Executive with a true knack for SaaS sales to join our scaling sales team as we move deeper into both the mid-market and enterprise markets.
In this role, you will extend yourself as a resource and asset to our existing base of 33,000+ customers helping them to identify further product value and additional usage/product opportunities. Your focus will be to research existing customers, create value-based outreach strategies, and identify the highest ROI opportunities to exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. You will work directly with customers to understand their goals, pains & challenges, demo new products they may not have seen before, and sell the LiveChat value proposition to help customers exceed their business goals.

Have 2+ years in an inside sales role at a B2B SaaS company;
Outbound sales and prospecting experience required
Have a founder’s mentality and are comfortable with “being the first”;
Are not afraid to own a number, create your process and adapt quickly to change;
Have impeccable customer skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and integrity;
Put prospects and customers first – you’re 100% customer-focused and highly responsive;
Can articulate both a compelling vision and business value to prospects, not resorting to features;
Know what EQ is and it’s something you’ve been actively improving;
Can lead by example and most importantly lead yourself – you have practiced being “your own CEO” to successfully exceed targets;
Have used a CRM system to facilitate pipeline, forecasting and grow your own wallet;
Are not scared of taking risks and being an entrepreneur;
Are excited by the prospect of building a patch of business to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets;
Have a proven track record of success both professionally and personally.
In this role, you will:
Qualify, up-sell and cross-sell existing customers;
Increase LiveChat’s customer satisfaction with focus and precision;
Manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle (identification – close);
Work cross-functionally with our BDR, New Business, Account Management, and Sales Engineering teams to optimize your sales process and customer satisfaction
Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the Customer Success, Support, and Product/Engineering teams
Help companies improve their sales, marketing, support, and overall business outcomes;
