Brand Manager

Full-time Remote / Boston

LiveChat is a global brand with 18 years of history and over 33,000 business customers in 150 countries. Since 2017 we regularly add new products to our portfolio and we now run 4 products (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase), with plans to launch many more in the near future.

With our product portfolio ever-growing, it’s time for us to embark on another exciting journey and bring to life an umbrella brand for the company. This brand will act as a gateway to all of our products (Global Accounts), support our Sales team in distributing our products as a single product suite, and act as a compass for all downstream activities in areas like employer branding, marketing, and product development.

We have started to build the foundations for the umbrella brand by defining its function, mission, and basic architecture. Now we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Brand Manager to help us with the next operational and strategic challenges, including managing the brand after the global launch.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing the entire top-to-bottom brand strategy, including operational guidelines, communication planning and execution, and social responsibility activities
  • Setting goals and clear KPIs to ensure the right growth momentum
  • Maintaining uniform quality and user experience among all assets, from websites to apps
  • Ensuring brand alignment through cooperation with Marketing (Szymon), Product (Karolina), and other stakeholders
  • Internal advocacy for the brand, making sure the entire organization understands and contributes toward its goals
  • Further building up our position as leading experts within the communication industry
  • Stimulating innovation internally, constantly challenging the status quo while looking for growth opportunities
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends

 

What we expect:

  • Passion for, deep understanding of, and holistic approach to branding
  • Strong experience in marketing and branding, preferably in cross-functional roles
  • Solid project management skills, ability to assemble and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to plan and think strategically at a high level, but also develop operational plans and execute on them
  • Courage and rebel approach allowing you to lead the way towards ambitious goals
  • Analytical mind and excellent communication skills
  • Desire to grow and helping others around you to grow
  • Great command (written and spoken) of the English language
