We’re hiring a head of product for the HelpDesk team. It’s the youngest addition to our portfolio, yet its total addressable market is the biggest among all of our products. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial mind who will turn this potential into steady business growth. You will be responsible for product vision, strategy and roadmap. Own the product and monetization strategies
Design and drive the execution of product growth models and product roadmaps
Lead and mentor your product team
Coordinate the work of engineers and designers
Propose projects that contribute to the product success in a measurable way (e.g., by displaying a meaningful change of proxy metric)

+4 years of experience in leadership of SaaS products, preferably in product leadership and management roles;
Experience in creating and executing product roadmaps, including product strategy, prioritization and measuring how it impacts business growth;
Perfect understanding of the SaaS business model as well as the related concepts and metrics like churn, retention, ARPU, MRR;
Proactive interest in business models, pricing tactics, and monetization strategies;
Experience in working with data and analytical tools (e.g. Amplitude), so you can assess whether your work is improving the business metrics or not;
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics and projects into easy-to-understand messages and tasks;
Track record of running successful experiments resulting in product discovery, practical conclusions, and product growth;
Courage to move fast, make bold business decisions, and capacity to sustain tight product cycles
Basic understanding of technology (e.g., what’s an API);
Good command of the English language.
