About the Project:
We offer four products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, and KnowledgeBase. All these provide data, reporting, and insights separately, introducing data silos around each product. Our customers find it hard to merge insights scattered around their workspaces. We’re building a data intelligence system to display all the information in a single interface so that companies can make informed decisions more efficiently.

In this role, you’ll directly impact the company’s revenue and financial growth.

Oriented on personal growth: you enjoy learning new skills, growing your toolkit, and reaching for new challenges;
Product-obsessed: building products is something that you’re naturally attracted to;
A problem solver: you love to solve problems and ask questions, you’re interested in how things work,
Transparent in communication: you share your updates early & often, and you appreciate honest communication.
