We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive - Growth to join our growing sales team as we move deeper into both SMB and Mid-market.
In this role, you will work with customers across our product range and use primarily outbound tactics to fill your funnel. Your focus will be to research customer usage, craft a target account list, create outreach strategies and identify the highest Return on investment (ROI) opportunities to exceed your monthly and quarterly upsell targets.
You will work with our existing customers to understand their goals, pains & challenges, demo LiveChat’s suite of products that they are not familiar with, and help this customer meet their business goals.

2+ years of SaaS sales experience; ideally, as a Business Development Representative.
An always asking more questions attitude and a natural desire to gain knowledge of customer’s needs.
Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive.
Ability to proactively identify expansion opportunities within an existing customer base.
Experience identifying key prospects/accounts/opportunities, sourcing, nurturing, and closing these logos from start to finish.
SaaS demo skills, able to educate prospects/customers via Zoom, then set them up on a managed trial or a pilot.
Experience with SMB or Mid-Market deals with a sales cycle ranging from 1 - 60 days.
Excellent time management skills, able to effectively prioritize where time is focused to maximize return against KPIs.
Continual evolution mindset. Open to new ideas and proactively sharing knowledge and support with a wider sales team to drive improvement.
Sales tech experience (Salesforce.com, Yesware, Chorus, Clearbit, etc, a plus).
Focus on our growing customer base of 35,000+ customers and help them expand their use of our products or Suite of products.
Manage up-sell or cross-sell opportunities fully, including research of prospects, cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, trials/pilots, pricing proposals, contract negotiation,s and other deliverables for closing deals.
Lead a consultative sales engagement, diving deep into our customer’s business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value.
Navigate the closing process (proposals, legal, finance, procurement, and security).
Manage your weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment monthly.
Develop into a subject matter expert of LiveChat, Inc.'s products, becoming a highly sought-out resource for Customers.
