We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team to continue to expand LiveChat’s customer base.
In this role, you will be an “all-bound” new business BDR, qualifying inbound leads and “hunting” for business opportunities. You will use your creativity paired with many resources available to you to go outbound to an inbound list of contacts. Your focus will be to research prospective customers, create thoughtful and highly personalized outreach strategies and identify the highest ROI leads to exceed monthly objectives that consist of generating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will work directly with prospects to understand their pains & challenges and identify if LiveChat products can help them reach their business goals. Best of all, you’ll use LiveChat and ChatBot to meet prospects as they visit our website.

The role is fully remote in Poland.
Have 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, or in a dynamic and fast-paced customer-facing role and have a desire to kick start a career in sales.
Have impeccable English verbal and written communication skills.
Are flexible to work semi-US hours a few days a week to be available to our prospects across US time zones.

Owning your calendar and finding time to engage inbound leads, prospect new businesses, chat with prospects and setup introductory calls with prospects to qualify them.
Using a critical eye to identify pain, discuss impact and provide value to prospects.
Work with account executives to ensure prospects experience a seamless handover.
