We’re looking for two Business Development Representatives to join our growing sales team as we move into the mid-market.
In this role, you will benefit from hundreds of inbound leads… hundreds! You will use your creativity paired with a number of resources available to you to go outbound to an inbound list of contacts.
Your focus will be to research prospective customers, create thoughtful and highly personalized outreach strategies and identify the highest ROI leads to exceed your monthly and quarterly targets, generating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will work directly with prospects to understand their pains & challenges and identify if LiveChat products can help them reach their business goals. Best of all, you’ll use LiveChat and ChatBot to meet prospects as they visit our website.

Have 0-2 years of experience in a business development, sales or account management role, with the desire to grow your career in sales;
Flexibility to work US hours;
Have impeccable communication skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and integrity;

Have hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach;

Aren’t afraid of the roller coaster that is sales – riding the highs and getting creative to shake things up during the lows;

Generate and qualify additional leads by going outbound to our inbound database;
Master and help perfect our current BDR Team’s Inbound model, as we move into a hybrid model, with an opportunity to grow in an outbound capacity;
Increase LiveChat’s customer base with focus and precision, and help of our sales org;

Prospecting using a number of resources including our CRM;
Creating relevant and hyper-personalized multi-channel cadences to engage prospects;
Using LiveChat to start conversations on our Pricing and Enterprise web pages, actively engaging with prospects while they look to solve their business pains;
Owning your calendar and finding time to both prospect, identify the lowest hanging fruit and setup introductory calls with prospects to qualify them;
Using a critical eye to identify pain, discuss impact and provide value to prospects;
Work wih account executives to ensure prospects experience a seamless handover;
Activities will likely consist of: 50+ touches in general | 20+ personalized emails, 20+ calls, 30+ live chat conversations and 2+ discovery calls on a daily basis.

Prior experience exceling when you didn’t know how to do something;
Prior experience handling inbound leads or an inbound sales organization;
Prior experience handling outbound leads and developing creative strategies to engage prospects;
Past experience with sales enablement tools, marketing automation and/or CRM type tools;
Experience using (and yes… entering data into) a CRM;
The role is fully remote in Poland.
