As a Data Analytics Team, we are focusing on helping people to make the most accurate and informed business decisions thanks to the data we provide.

Saying that one of our recent projects helped the product team by providing them insights on how our customers manage agents and agents groups in LiveChat, allowing them to create the best experience via the new Team section in the app.

Joining us you’ll work hand in hand with Lucy - Data Analytics Team Lead, and Radek, who will be your buddy at the beginning of your journey. Our team cooperates closely with the Data Science team, so you will also have the opportunity to meet PatrykZuza, and Asia

We use Jira to track our tasks, Slack to communicate, Trello to run asynchronous meetings, Miro to collaborate effectively, and GitHub and Confluence to document stuff

About your role:

In the beginning, you will be mainly responsible for maintaining the current data warehouse in good shape before we switch to the new data platform (and you will play an important role in this project as well!)

Additionally, you will be working closely with analysts to help them prepare self-service analytics solutions for the whole company.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proficiency in SQL;

  • Data warehouse modeling skills, creating data marts, extracting data from various sources (APIs, flat files, databases);

  • Experience with BigQuery and Airflow

  • Experience in building data pipelines with Python;

  • Experience with Pentaho Data Integration (or other ETL tool), Tableau Server, Tableau Embedded, Tableau Rest API (or other data visualization tool) - nice to have

  • Experience in querying Elasticsearch - nice to have

  • Good communication skills that allow you to cooperate not only with your team, but also with the business;

  • Natural curiosity when it comes to getting to know our product and its’ reflection in data;

  • Positive attitude towards other people and tasks that are sometimes exciting and sometimes monotonous;

  • Passion for your job and the learning process.

Benefits

We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.

What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.

This is reflected in our unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, remote-friendly environment with a focus on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people who are dedicated to their work.
