ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
We are the KnowledgeBase team and our mission is to help companies turn knowledge into customer satisfaction. Our goal is to create an innovative solution that allows two-way communication between end user and knowledge base admin. Recently, we have been working on allowing admins create many knowledge bases under one license. In upcoming weeks we are going to: improve monetization through integration with Recurly but most importantly, we are going to use the available data to automate onboarding and assist customers in improving their knowledge bases using AI and NLP.
You will be working closely with:
Jakub - Head of KnowledgeBase who is deeply passionate about knowledge sharing and customer support;
Alex - who is main backend developer in the team and takes care of our code quality and performance;
Two great fronted developers Michał and Adam - who do wonders on the front end for our customers;
Maciek - Product Designer who takes care of customer experience and product smoothness;
Tomek - our content writer who prepares articles that delight our users.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
As a KnowledgeBase Developer, you will be responsible for participating with the team in the development of the application, both from a technical and business perspective. You will be turning business needs into application functionalities.. However, this role does not include maintenance as we have internal teams helping us out.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
Strong technical skills in Node.js, Typescript, Nest.js (nice to have), Elasticsearch and experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
Experience with CI/CD, AWS tools and writing automated tests (nice to have). Additionally we’re doing some DDD stuff, so if you’d like to develop in this area - we’re here to help!
Experience in product roadmap refinement, focus on writing well-tested and high-quality code
Courage to move fast and make bold technical decisions
