We’re looking for an experienced new business Account Executive to join our growing sales team as we move deeper into both the mid-market and enterprise markets.
In this role, you will work predominantly on inbound leads and may use outbound tactics to fill your funnel.. Your focus will be to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies and identify the highest ROI opportunities to exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. You will work directly with prospects to understand their goals, pains & challenges, demo LiveChat’s suite of products, and sell the LiveChat value proposition to help prospects meet their business goals.

Have experience in an inside sales role.
Can demonstrate a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding goals.
Have been trained in and practice a problem-led sales approach such as MEDDIC, SPIN or Sandler.
Are curious by nature. You want to find out as much as you can about your prospects and their buying process.
Have impeccable customer skills, as well as a strong sense of empathy and integrity.
Put prospects and customers first - you’re 100% customer focused and highly responsive.
Are able to articulate both a compelling vision and business value to prospects, not resorting to features.
Can lead by example and most importantly lead yourself - you have practiced being “your own CEO” to successfully exceed targets.
Have used a CRM system to facilitate pipeline, forecasting and grow your own wallet.
Are excited by the prospect of building a patch of business to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Supplement inbound leads with a structured prospecting process.
Increase LiveChat’s customer-base with focus and precision.
Help companies improve their sales, marketing, support and overall engagement with their customers.

Past experience with selling sales enablement tools, marketing automation and/or CRM type tools.
